Terms of Sales
1-In high season, the arrival must always take place after 4 p.m.; departure is scheduled for the morning before 10 a.m. An additional night will be charged if departure after 11:00 am. All tenants on arrival must report to the reception desk with their booking form. The key will be given to him against 1 deposit check of 300 euros for the equipment and 1 deposit check of 100 euros for the cleaning. No departure between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. can be made without the agreement of the management (the cleaning check will be retained).
2- Each mobile home contains all the kitchen and table equipment, duvets and pillows provided, sheets for hire (We offer the rental of sheets at 10 euros per bed, this does not include beds made).
3- The equipment of each mobile home is subject to an inventory. The tenant is required to check it on arrival and to report any anomaly on the same day. A deposit is required on arrival, it is returned within 15 days, after inventory, under deduction of deterioration and / or missing noted. In high season, it is imperative to make an appointment on the day of your arrival to carry out the exit inventory.
4- Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant at the end of the stay (don't forget cleaning products, toilet paper and household linen, tea towels, rags, etc.). In case of incomplete cleaning, the cleaning check will be cashed. Cleaning can be entrusted to us for the sum of 100 euros (excluding dishes and trash).
5- Each tenant is required to respect the rules of procedure camping. Any damage to the premises, loss or destruction of equipment automatically engages the responsibility of its author. Residents of the campsite are required to comply with the internal regulations available from reception, particularly with regard to nighttime calm. Each tenant in title is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by the people who stay with him. When a resident disturbs or causes nuisance to other residents or damages the integrity of the installations, his stay may be terminated immediately and without compensation, without prejudice to the claims for compensation that the Camping de Pen Guen and the third parties could assert against it. All disputes arising from the execution of the present must be brought before the competent courts as defined by the new code of civil procedure.
6- Animals are kept on a leash and are registered at reception upon arrival with their up-to-date vaccination record. No digression will be tolerated. A supplement of 2 euros per animal / per day will be requested.
7- Cancellations must reach us by registered letter. If early departure or cancellation of your reservation within 30 days before your arrival date, the entire stay is due. If cancellation of your reservation between 30 and 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will remain with the campsite. Beyond 60 days, the stay will be refunded, administration fees will be applied.
Cancellation and interruption insurance Campez Couvert
The Pen Guen campsite offers optional cancellation and interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Gritchen Affinity undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay only to customers who have taken out Campez Couvert insurance. In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite, by post or email, of your withdrawal as soon as an event occurs preventing your departure. If the loss is provided for in the general conditions (available on www.campez-couvert.com), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents. This insurance is optional but highly recommended.
8- Only people registered on the booking forms are admitted. No additional people allowed in the mobile homes, it cannot be exceeded for security and insurance reasons. The management reserves the right to refuse you access to the accommodation if the number of people exceeds the maximum authorized occupancy. Each tenant in title is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances caused by the people who stay with him. No addition of tent will be tolerated on the location of the rental.
9- The campsite refuses access to families presenting themselves with a number greater than the capacity of the rented accommodation (babies and children included) and can under no circumstances be counted as visitors.
10 - We accept payment by Chèques Vacances without a maximum amount, however we have determined a ceiling, we will apply costs up to 2.5% from 1,300 euros.
11 - To claim support Vacaf of your vacation by your fund you must meet certain criteria. Only the fund on which you depend can inform you about your rights. L'holiday assistance is provided for supported persons. IIt is recalled that children between 6 and 16 years old are subject to compulsory schooling. Except for exceptions notified on the site for the summer holidays, the payment of the entire stay will be refused in the case of a reservation outside the holiday periods by a family including a child of school age.

VALUABLE OBJECTS
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodations.
MAINTENANCE
The management reserves the right to maintain the green spaces between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, using mowers, blowers and hedge trimmers, in order to preserve the cleanliness of the campsite.
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS
Minors unaccompanied by their parents or an adult legal guardian (authorized close relative, facilitator or supervising teacher) cannot be admitted to the site for obvious security reasons (weather alert / severe bad weather, illness or hospitalization, etc.), unless agreed in advance with management.
MODIFICATION OF STAY
Any modification requested in terms of dates, place, duration, number of people or family composition must be validated by our services. It may, if necessary, be subject to additional invoicing. In the event of external events beyond our control, we may have to modify or cancel your stay. We will then offer you and subject to availability, an equivalent stay with different dates or accommodation.
IMAGE RIGHTS
You agree, expressly and without consideration, that the Pen Guen campsite uses for its promotional needs the photographic and video media of you or your children which could be taken during your stay.
PAYMENT TERMS
In July and August the minimum stay is 7 days. The reservation is effective only after the payment of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the reservation.
In the absence of this payment, the reservation will be cancelled. Without demonstration on the part of the tenant, the mobile home will be rented out again. The balance will be payable upon your arrival.
CANCELLATION OR EARLY DEPARTURE
Premature departure or non-presence on the scheduled day will not give rise to any refund, and allows us to have the pitch or the mobile home the next day.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is open from the end of June to the beginning of September. The swimming pool is not supervised, the parents remain civilly responsible for their children. Minor children must be accompanied by an adult.The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for campsite guests. For the safety and well-being of all, balls, inflatable games, jumps in the pool are prohibited.
DISPUTE
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Cod, within one year of his written complaint, the consumer, subject to article L.152-2 of the consumer code, has the right to submit a request for amicable resolution by way of mediation, with:
